Honestly if someone had asked me a year ago how I felt about snow, I would have made a frowny face then went to pout in the corner... Ok maybe I wouldn't have gone to the corner, but you get the point!
Mother Winter dumped about two inches of ice and another foot of snow on top of us on Thursday & Friday. Somewhere between the forecast and the actuality of it falling, I found myself excited about the incoming white fluffy stuff.
I'm not a fan of the cold, and I really detest getting my clothes wet, so I didn't go outside for very long to enjoy the snow, but I did spend the day with people I care deeply about, enjoying the beauty that God was allowing me to be a part of. I was even blessed enough to go spend time with my mama and bake cut out sugar cookie!
I took the cat and dog outside into the winter wonderland to see how they would react, and just as I expected... they both made a frowny face and went to pout in the corner.
